Color-coated steel sheets are produced in this workshop, which is considered the first step in cold storage panel production. We utilize a fully automated machine to accomplish the laminating, ribbing and cutting on these sheets. This results in a robust structure, nice exterior and scratch-resistance.

The bending machine is used to work on irregularly-shaped color steel sheets. It can fulfill your requirements for the production of non-standard cold room panels. The foam production workshop spans nearly 5,000m2. It plays a vital role in the manufacturing of polyurethane insulated panels. Aside from two individual 50 meter foam production lines, which are kept in good repair, in 2016, we invested in a semi-automatic line for the production of the load-bearing foam.

This efficient line can produce 600m2 of cold store panels daily. The maximum allowable dimension is 12.5 x 1.1 meters. Our operators are very knowledgeable of all technical details of the panels. They can carry out various operations safely, efficiently and in an organized fashion. Main operations include: the support arrangement, hanger installation, polyurethane foam injection and lower plate disassembly. The workshop is intended to produce cold storage doors. The entire process, from the selection of raw materials, to the production, to the delivery of finished products, is subjected to rigorous quality control standards. A wide variety of alloy profiles are placed in an orderly manner. Our highly-skilled, detail-focused assembly operators ensure the excellence of the cold store panel. Not only that, we have built another workshop to assemble 5,000 diverse refrigeration units each day.     A workshop of more than 1,000 m2 for color-coated steel sheet production

    In this workshop, the forming of color-coated steel sheets is completed by 8 well-trained operators. It is considered the first step in cold storage panel production. Main production procedures encompass the bending, laminating, ribbing, cutting and so forth.

    Highly-skilled bending machine operator
    This bending machine is used to produce color-coated steel sheets in a variety of sizes and shapes that can fulfill different cold room construction requirements. Only two operators are required to complete the bending procedure, which is considered an essential part in the manufacture of color-coated steel sheets.

    Ribbing is a procedure used to increase adhesive force between foaming agent and color-coated steel sheet.

    A manual foam manufacturing line with length of 50 meters
    The foam production workshop spans nearly 5,000m2. It houses two 50-meter foam production lines which were completed in 2016. According to customers’ requirements, these two efficient lines can produce cold storage panels in a variety of lengths. They are kept in good conditions and can fulfill your production requirements. In addition, we have invested in a heating device that ensures the foam production line can work normally even at low temperature. This means the quality of our product is not affected by the temperature.

    The semi-automatic line was introduced in 2016 for the production of the load-bearing foam.

    Our operators are ready to disassemble the plate after foaming is done.
    In 2016, the company invested around 2 million RMB in a semi-automatic load-bearing foam production line. This efficient facility can produce 600m2 of cold store panels daily. The maximum allowable dimension is 12.5 x 1.1 meters. Each side of the foam production line is divided into 3 layers. The processing procedure takes around 30 minutes.

    At least 5 pieces of plastic supports available on the panel of every square meter
    The use of plastic supports allows the foaming agent to flow between two color-coated steel sheets without restrictions. This ensures a uniform foam and consistently high strength of color-coated steel sheets.

    The hanger is used to tightly connect with two cold storage panels. This enables us to prevent the release of cold air after the whole cold room is completed. As seen in this picture, our skilled assembly operator continues to measure and correct till this hanger is accurately positioned.

    The injection of the polyurethane foam into the mold
    Dual-component polyurethane solution is injected into the mold. It has been accurately proportioned and evenly blended, thus enabling a high quality and stable foaming operation.

    Well-packaged electric door
    This workshop is created for producing cold storage doors. The entire process, from the selection of raw materials to the delivery of finished products, is subjected to rigorous quality control standards. Both the upper and lower rails are manufactured from solid, corrosion-resistant alloy profiles. Door frames are formed by aluminum alloy profiles and PVC materials. The sealing strip is made from ethylene propylene diene monomer. We carry out a meticulous, precise assembly process, resulting in superior chemical stability and excellent anti-aging performance.

    Our operators are busy in assembling and testing the refrigerating unit.

    High-temperature screw type refrigerating machine
    This workshop is designed to assemble a vast array of refrigeration units. It is staffed by 10 operators and spans up to 3,000 m2. The annual production capacity can reach up to 5,000 diverse refrigeration units. Our screw type refrigeration unit is designed with a programmable controller, which allows us to automatically control and monitor the screw type compressor. Our compressor is sourced from the German brand Bitzer. It features a high level of COP (coefficient of performance) and refrigerating capacity.
